We also cater to wholesale clients, serving butcheries, restaurants, grocery suppliers and caterers.

Retail & corporate farm-fresh turkeys & seasonal hams are also available three times a year on Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Our OMAFRA-inspected St. Davids facility received a dream makeover in 2015.  A picture of health, safety and efficiency staffed by a dedicated team of Niagara locals, we are a small but mighty professional cryovac packaging house. Our facility is fully compliant with the most current government standards and our traceability program ensures that all of our products are 100% fully traceable back to their source.
